2) No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.
3) Eligibility
Open to individuals who: (a) are 18+ years of age at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family/household members, are not eligible.
Not open to residents of jurisdictions subject to U.S., EU, UK, or UN sanctions, or any jurisdiction where participation or prize award is prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may require additional information to confirm eligibility.
4) Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes runs from [02/09 /00:00, UTC] to [03/31/ 23:59, UTC] (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeper.
Monthly entry windows:
- Month 1: 02/09 - 02/28
- Month 2: 03/01 - 03/31
5) How to Enter (Base Entry)
To receive one (1) entry in a given month, participants must opt in during that month via [opt-in method: form, in-app screen, email confirmation link]. Limit: one (1) base entry per person per month.
Base entry is required to receive any bonus entries. Bonus entries earned without a valid base entry for that month are void.
6) Bonus Entry Actions (Monthly Mechanics)
Participants may earn bonus entries in the applicable month as follows (all actions must be completed during the stated monthly window and submitted/validated per Section 7):
Month 1 bonus actions
- Email reply keyword: Reply to the official Month 1 Sweepstakes email with the keyword [OPTINFEB] to receive four (4) bonus entries (for a total of 5 entries including the base entry). Limit: one (1) keyword reply per person.
- Follow TabTrader on X: Follow @tabtraderpro on X to receive two (2) bonus entries. Limit: one (1) per person.
- Share TabTrader_Pro Telegram Bot to at least 2 people. to receive two (2) bonus entries.
Month 2 bonus actions
- Follow Omni Wallet on X: Follow @omnidotapp on X to receive two (2) bonus entries. Limit: one (1) per person.
- Follow TabTrader on X: Follow @tabtraderpro on X to receive two (2) bonus entries. Limit: one (1) per person.
- Create an Omni Wallet: Create an Omni Wallet during Month 2 to receive five (5) bonus entries. Limit: one (1) per person.
7) Validation and Proof Requirements
Sponsor may require proof to validate bonus actions. Accepted proof may include:
- For X follows: submission of the participant’s X handle and a screenshot showing the follow status.
- For Bot shares: Reply to the Sweepstakes confirmation email from the same email address used to enter and attach a screenshot showing the shares..
- For Omni Wallet creation: in-product event verification and/or a screenshot as requested by Sponsor.
Sponsor may reject unreadable, incomplete, altered, or suspicious submissions. Sponsor may request additional documentation and may disqualify entrants who do not comply.
8) Entry Limits and Anti-Fraud
Limit: 100 total entries per person per month and 200 total entries per person across the Sweepstakes Period. No other actions generate entries beyond those listed
Any attempt to obtain more entries than permitted (including using multiple email addresses, multiple social accounts, automation, scripts, bots, or deceptive methods) may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has violated these Rules or tampered with the Sweepstakes.
9) Winner Selection and Odds
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during April 2026, conducted on or about April 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10) Prizes
Prizes: (i) one (1) prize of 1,000 USDT; and (ii) two (2) prizes of one (1) year of subscription. All eligible entrants are eligible to win any prize. If a winner is already an annual subscriber, Sponsor may award an extension or substitute a prize of equal or greater value, at Sponsor’s discretion. No substitution except by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses not expressly stated.
Winner is responsible for any wallet/provider requirements. Sponsor will cover standard network fees. If award of USDT is prohibited or impractical, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

No substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses not expressly stated.
11) Winner Notification and Requirements
Potential winner(s) will be notified via email within 30 days after the drawing. Sponsor may require identity verification, eligibility affidavit, and liability/publicity release where lawful. If a potential winner does not respond within 7 days, is found ineligible, or fails verification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Winner must provide a compatible wallet address within 7 days. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if transfer is impractical or prohibited.
12) Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, username, likeness, and general location (city/country) for promotional purposes without further compensation.
13) Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation, prize acceptance/use, or technical issues, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14) Privacy
Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and per Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://tabtrader.com/privacy. Entrants should not submit sensitive personal information in screenshots; redact unrelated details where possible.
15) Platform Disclaimers (X)
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X. Entrants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to X.
16) General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair integrity. Sponsor’s decisions are final. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
