TabTrader Referral Program: How It Works & FAQs

1. What is the TabTrader Referral Program?

The TabTrader Referral Program rewards users with “T-points” when they invite users who later purchase a paid annual subscription. Its goal is to drive organic growth through peer referrals.

2. Who can participate?

You’re eligible to participate if you:

• Have a valid TabTrader account
• Have a verified email address
• You account is in good standing (no fraud or policy violations)

3. How does the TabTrader referral program work?

The referral process works as follows:

• You receive a referral link or code
• You share it with a new user
• The user signs up using your link or code
• The user purchases a paid annual subscription within 3 months
• The referral becomes successful
• Both users receive T-points

4. What are T-points?

T-points are the in-app reward currency used in the referral program which can be redeemed in exchange for subscription and cryptocurrencies(soon)

5. What’s the difference between Pending and Vested T-points?

Pending T-Points

• Issued immediately after a qualifying  referral
• Cannot be redeemed
• Cannot be revoked

Vested T-points

• Become redeemable after 45 days (for mobile payments)
• Immediately vested for Crypto payments
• Eligible for rewards redemption

6. How many T-points to Referrals earn

Referred user receive 5-T points upon completing a qualifying annual subscription.

7. What rewards can T-points be redeemed for?

Coming soon: Cryptocurrency rewards such as USDT and TT will be introduced in the future programs iterations

 Rewards are currently:

• Non-transferable
• Non-stackable
• Non eligible to generate additional referral points

8. What makes a referral successful?

A referral is successful when:

• The Referral is correctly linked at signup
• The referred user buys a paid annual subscription within 3 months
• The payment is confirmed and not refunded or charged back

9. Does the payment method affect T-points?

Yes.T-points vest differently depending on the payment method.

Crypto payments:

• Non-refundable
• T-points are issued as vested immediately 

Mobile payments(App store/Play Store)

• Refundable  
• T-points start as pending
• Vest after 45 days  if no refund occurs

10. What happens if a referred subscription is refunded?

If a referred subscription  is refunded or charge back:

• Pending T-points associated with that referral are revoked
• Any subscription rewards redeemed  using those points may be downgraded or revoked
• Vested T-points earn from unrelated, non refunded activity remain valid and redeemable

These adjustments are applied automatically to ensure reward balances accurately reflect confirmed subscription payments.

11. Where can users see their referral data and T-points?

On the mobile, users can see their successful referral and pending ones. 

In the website, users can see their successful and pending referrals, including the available and pending T-points.
