MEXC: how to create API keys
MEXC is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange offering access to spot, margin, and futures trading.
Users can access a wide range of trading instruments, with over 1600 pairs available, encompassing the most significant cryptocurrencies, including our very own TabTrader Token (TTT).
In order to connect your MEXC account to TabTrader you’ll need to link your API keys in the Portfolio section.
If you already have a set of API keys, this article explains how to add your API account to TabTrader.
The instructions in this article will guide you through the whole process of creating API keys on MEXC.

How to create API keys
Log in to your MEXC account and go to the API Management page:
Click on the "Account" icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select "API Management" from the drop-down menu.

For trading, enable the following permissions:
Spot: View Account Details, View Order Details, Trade;
Futures: Account, View Order Details, Order.
Do not enable “Withdrawal” permission.

Name your API in the Notes field.
Check "I have read and agree to the Risk Reminders for API users".
Click on the "Create" button to create a new set of API keys.

Confirm the creation of the API key via email verification and 2FA.

Copy and Save your Access and Secret keys.
Click on the "Confirm" button once it's finished.
Now you’re ready to add these keys into TabTrader.
Keep your API keys safe and never share them with anyone.
