Huobi: how to create API-keys
Huobi is a centralized digital currency exchange founded in 2013 and based in Singapore.
The platform offers a variety of trading markets, such as:
spot trading, margin trading, futures and options trading, perpetual swaps.
In order to connect your Huobi account to TabTrader you’ll need to link your API keys in the Portfolio section.
If you already have a set of API keys, this article explains how to add your API account to TabTrader.
The following article will provide you with step-by-step instructions on creating API keys on Huobi.
How to create API keys
Log in to your Huobi account on the exchange’s website.
Once you're logged in, click on the "Account" icon in the top right corner of the screen. From the drop-down menu select "API management" to get to the API Management page.

In the "Create API Key" section, name your API key in the “Notes” for your own reference.
In the "Permissions'' section select the permissions you want to grant to your API key. Enable the following permissions: "Read Only" and "Trade".
Do not enable “Withdrawal” permission.
In the “Bind IP address” field you can also whitelist your IP addresses that are allowed to access your API key.
If you don’t have a static IP address, you shouldn’t enable this option.

Click “Create” to continue.
Complete the SMS, Email or 2FA security authentication.

Confirm it to finish creating your API.
The screen with your API and secret keys will be shown to you.

Copy and save your keys.
Once the keys are created, they’ll appear in the “My API keys” list on the same page.

Now you’re ready to add these keys into TabTrader.
Keep your API keys safe and never share them with anyone.
