TabTrader's Latest Update: Bybit’s New API Integration, MEXC Spot Trading, and More

TabTrader unveils an update that optimizes efficiency and performance, with enhancements to supported exchanges.

Bybit's New API Integration

We are pleased to introduce the latest update to TabTrader featuring the integration of Bybit's new API, API v5. This update brings new enhancements to the trading experience for our users.

• Unified Trading Account (UTA): API v5 introduces the Unified Trading Account, which supports all Bybit instruments, unifying Spot, Derivatives, and Options into one set of specifications. No more switching between different instrument accounts; all users will now have one account balance, simplifying and streamlining their trading activities. Please note that you need to upgrade your Bybit account to UTA to use it in TabTrader.
• Bug Fixes: We've resolved previous issues to ensure a smoother and more reliable user experience. 
• Improved Data Update: We've optimized the data update process from the exchange, making it faster and more efficient. You can now access real-time market data with greater speed and accuracy.

Spot Trading on MEXC

With this integration, TabTrader users can now enjoy spot trading on MEXC, a globally recognized cryptocurrency exchange. MEXC offers access to a vast array of digital assets, with over 1,600 cryptocurrencies available for trading, as reported by CoinGecko.

Important Notice: Popular Trading Pairs with USDT

We want to inform our users that, as we initiate the integration process, they may not find some popular trading pairs with USDT on our platform. This occurrence is due to restrictions imposed by MEXC via their API, which limit trading for certain popular pairs.

Bitmex Account Balance Display

We've resolved an issue with the display of your Bitmex account balance. When you change the account currency, the balance is now accurately shown. This ensures that you have a clear overview of your financial standing.

Important Notice: Bitmex Trading Functionality

Please note that trading functionality for Bitmex will no longer be supported within TabTrader. While publicly available data remains accessible, trading features for Bitmex are being discontinued due to limited usage within our platform. 

Minor Improvements

Binance Futures

• Corrected the display of executed trades in the Trades tab, showing accurate values for Profit and Loss.
• The activation price of trailing stop order is now shown correctly.
• Wallet data for all accounts is now displayed consistently.

OKX

• Fixed the display of open orders on some spot instruments.

Kraken

• Resolved error in displaying an empty list of trades in the Trades tab.

Bittrex

• Adjusted the precision of instrument prices according to exchange data.

Additional Improvement: Enhanced Market Data Update Speed

In this update, we have significantly improved the speed of market data updates on selected exchanges. Users, especially active traders who closely monitor real-time charts, will benefit from the noticeably faster chart updates, enhancing their trading experience.
