TabTrader Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The TabTrader October 2025 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TabTrader B.V. (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

• Open only to individuals who are registered TabTrader customers at the time of entry.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM UTC on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM UTC on October 31, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

Base Entry:

• During the Sweepstakes Period, an opt-in link will be provided via email.
• Clicking the link registers one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
• A confirmation email will be sent to confirm participation.

Bonus Entries:

• Participants may earn unlimited additional entries by completing optional tasks announced weekly during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Tasks may include (but are not limited to) linking an API key, setting price alerts, executing trades, or engaging with TabTrader content.
• Each completed task grants the number of entries specified in the weekly communication.

5. Prize

• One (1) Grand Prize: 10,000 TTT tokens.
• Approximate retail value (ARV): subject to market conditions at the time of award.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 7 business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Winner will be notified by email and may be required to verify account ownership within 5 business days of notification.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within the required timeframe, another winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of fraud, abuse, or technical manipulation.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or technical failures of any kind that may prevent entry.

8. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and contacting winners.

9. Governing Law (I need to confirm this)

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.Or
