Notes Module, PnL Cards, and Customizable Vertical Chart Paddings

Publication date is

Web release 1.18, April 2024

New Features

Position Display on the Chart

Each of your open positions is now represented visually on the chart as a horizontal line at the position’s entry price level. You can customize the appearance of the line as well as the content and style of its associated label within the chart settings. To hide position lines from the chart, open the visibility settings and toggle off the display of positions.

Notes Module

A new module, "Notes," has been added to the Trading page. With its help, users can record text notes related to their trading activities directly within the app.

Importantly, the notes are saved in correlation with the currently selected trading pair. Therefore, when switching between different instruments, the content displayed in the Notes module will update accordingly.

PnL Cards for Open Positions

Users can now view and download PnL (Profit and Loss) cards for each of their open positions. These cards summarize the current financial performance of the position, including profit or loss amount, profit or loss percentage, entry price, and current market price.

To access the card for a particular position, hover over the position in the positions list and click the “share” button. In the dialog box that opens, you can select your preferred background design using the navigation arrows near the left and right edges of the card.

Customizable Vertical Chart Paddings

While in autoscale mode, users can now customize the vertical paddings (margins) of the chart. In the chart settings, they can choose a percentage between 1 and 30, representing a proportion of the total height of the chart, allocated to paddings.

Minor Improvements

  • The indicator search tool now ignores the letter case.
  • User IDs in the user profile settings are now always updated correctly.
  • We optimized the readability of the indicator settings menu.
