The Median Price indicator is a measure of central tendency and displays a chart of median prices representing the midpoint between the high and low price of each period. Despite the name, it does not calculate an actual median value.
The Median Price indicator provides a simple single-line chart of the period's "average price". This average price is useful when you want a simpler price overview.
