*Effective Date: April 17, 2026.
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern participation in the TabTrader x Hyperliquid promotional campaigns ("Campaigns") organized by Trader Acquisition Corp. ("TabTrader", "we", "us", or "our").
1.2 By participating in any of the Campaigns, you ("Participant", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these T&Cs in full. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not participate.
1.3 These Campaigns are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Hyperliquid or any of its affiliates, unless otherwise stated.
1.4 TabTrader reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any Campaign at any time without prior notice. In such cases, TabTrader will endeavour to notify Participants promptly.
1.5 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Panama. TabTrader makes no representations that participation is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation is open to registered TabTrader users who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
2.2 Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence, including those relating to cryptocurrency trading and digital assets.
2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of TabTrader or its partners are not eligible to participate.
2.4 TabTrader reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant and to disqualify any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who is found to have breached these T&Cs.
3. Campaign 1- Hyperliquid (Connect and Earn)
3.1 Campaign Period
This Campaign runs from April 17, 2026, to April 30, 2026 (the "Campaign Period"). Participation after the Campaign end date will not qualify for the reward.
3.2 How to Participate
To qualify for the reward under this Campaign, eligible Participants must complete the following steps during the Campaign Period:
• Log in to your TabTrader account.
• Navigate to your connected exchanges at: https://app.tabtrader.com/accounts
• Add Hyperliquid as a connected exchange within TabTrader.
• Await a verification email from TabTrader at [email protected] confirming your successful connection and containing your unique 7-day redeemable code.
• Apply the redeemable code within your TabTrader account to activate the reward.
3.3 Reward
Qualifying Participants will receive one (1) redeemable code granting 7 days of complimentary access to the TabTrader Ultra Plan ("Reward").
3.4 Reward Conditions
• Each eligible Participant may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward under this Campaign.
• The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
• The Reward cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated by TabTrader.
• Redeemable codes must be applied before the expiry date stated in the verification email.
• TabTrader reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Reward at any time in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these T&Cs.
4. Campaign 2 - Trade on Hyperliquid (Trade and Earn)
4.1 Campaign Period
This Campaign runs from April 23, 2026, to April 30, 2026 (the "Campaign Period").
4.2 Eligibility
Participation in Campaign 2 is limited to TabTrader users who have successfully completed Campaign 1 (i.e. have added Hyperliquid as a connected exchange in their TabTrader account).
4.3 How to Participate
To qualify for the reward under this Campaign, eligible Participants must complete the following steps during the Campaign Period:
• Execute a minimum trade of USD $20 (or equivalent) on Hyperliquid via the TabTrader platform.
• The trade must be completed via TabTrader using the Hyperliquid pair at: https://app.tabtrader.com/trading?market=HYPERLIQUID&pair=BTCUSDC
• Await a confirmation email from TabTrader at [email protected] confirming that the minimum trade requirement has been met, together with a 14-day extension code.
• Redeem the code in accordance with the instructions provided in the confirmation email.
4.4 Reward
Qualifying Participants will receive one (1) redeemable code granting a 14-day extension to their TabTrader Ultra Plan access ("Reward").
4.5 Reward Conditions
• Each eligible Participant may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward under this Campaign.
• The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
• Trades must be legitimately executed. Any attempt to artificially inflate trade volumes or otherwise manipulate the Campaign will result in immediate disqualification.
• TabTrader reserves the right to audit trades to verify compliance with the minimum trade requirement.
5. Campaign 3 - Learn and Earn
5.1 Campaign Period
This Campaign runs from May 4, 2026, to May 17, 2026, inclusive (the "Campaign Period"). The final quiz will be open for 24 hours on May 17, 2026.
5.2 How to Participate
To qualify for a reward under this Campaign, eligible Participants must:
• Read the official Hyperliquid educational content published by TabTrader via blog, social media, and community channels during the Campaign Period.
• Complete all required tasks on the TabTrader Gleam platform at www.gleam.io within the Campaign Period.
• Complete the Hyperliquid Quiz on Gleam.io during the 24-hour quiz window on the final day of the Campaign (May 17, 2026).
5.3 Rewards
Rewards are determined by the number of correct quiz answers as follows:
• 1 correct answer: 15 days TabTrader Pro access
• 2 correct answers: 15 days TabTrader Pro access
• 3 correct answers: 30 days TabTrader Pro access OR TTT Coin (at TabTrader's discretion)
5.4 Reward Distribution
Rewards will be distributed within 10 working days following the end of the Campaign Period. TabTrader will contact qualifying Participants via their registered email address.
5.5 Reward Conditions
• Each eligible Participant may submit quiz answers once only. Multiple submissions will result in disqualification.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value, except where TTT Coin is awarded (which remains subject to applicable platform terms).
• TabTrader reserves the right to verify the identity of Participants prior to distributing rewards.
6. General Reward Conditions
6.1 All rewards are subject to availability. TabTrader reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if the stated reward becomes unavailable.
6.2 Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.
6.3 TabTrader accepts no responsibility for any rewards that are lost, delayed, or not received due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, third-party delays, or incorrect contact details provided by the Participant.
6.4 Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receiving a reward in their jurisdiction.
7. Disqualification and Fraud
7.1 TabTrader reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:
• Provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of a Campaign.
• Uses automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other means to artificially participate in or manipulate a Campaign.
• Creates multiple accounts to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Engages in any conduct that TabTrader deems detrimental to the integrity of the Campaigns.
• Breaches any provision of these T&Cs.
7.2 TabTrader reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity engaged in fraudulent conduct in connection with the Campaigns.
8. Risk Warning and Disclaimer
8.1 Cryptocurrency and digital asset trading involves significant risk, including the risk of total loss of funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
8.2 Participation in these Campaigns does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participants should seek independent professional advice before making any trading or investment decisions.
8.3 TabTrader does not guarantee the performance, availability, or security of Hyperliquid or any third-party exchange or platform. Participants use third-party platforms at their own risk.
8.4 These Campaigns are promotional activities only and do not constitute an endorsement of any specific trading strategy, asset, or outcome.
9. Privacy and Data
9.1 By participating in the Campaigns, Participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (including name and email address) by TabTrader for the purposes of administering the Campaigns and distributing rewards.
9.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with TabTrader’s Privacy Policy, available on the TabTrader website.
9.3 TabTrader will not share Participant personal data with third parties except as necessary to administer the Campaigns or as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TabTrader excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Campaigns, including (without limitation) loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss.
10.2 Nothing in these T&Cs shall limit or exclude TabTrader’s liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All Campaign materials, including but not limited to copy, imagery, quiz content, and educational materials, are the intellectual property of TabTrader or its licensors. No Participant shall reproduce, distribute, or use Campaign materials for commercial purposes without TabTrader’s prior written consent.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 These T&Cs and any dispute arising in connection with the Campaigns shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Panama.
12.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these Campaigns that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
